I appreciate that when the need for fillings or other work arises, he doesn’t come across as patronizing or judgmental at all, he simply offers the solution and then takes care of the problem as painlessly as possible. Dr. Craven is a fantastic Doctor he really knows what he’s doing also the Doctors and the staff is very helpful and sympathetic to your oral hygiene needs. I have been going to Dr. Craven for at least 15 years. He (and his staff) always do a quality job and are awesome to work with! Brandie on the billing side is so nice and explains everything well and has always helped me to get the best pricing possible.
Recently I had a chipped tooth, and it just so happened that Dr Craven was not in that day, so I had it fixed by Dr Frost. He did a great job at matching the color and on the finish work! For some reason the fix broke loose a few days before my cleaning and checkup appointment. So on the day I came in to have my checkup and cleaning I wanted to get this fixed but Dr Frost wasn’t available, so I set an appointment to come back so he could fix it (he was so nice and said there would be no charge 
).
As I was leaving the office, Dr Craven stopped me as I was walking and said that he would do it right then!! He took time out of his busy schedule and fixed it himself! That’s pretty awesome service from a dentist that really cares!! I highly recommend this practice!!
